The Mem tab displays the tab buttons to accomplish functions on memory. These buttons are enabled only when the function is valid for the values in memory based upon the number of active memory locations. The memory buttons are as follows:
- Clr and Renum: All memory values are cleared, memory reduced to eight active cells, and memory labels are renumbered.
- Truncate: Memory cells are truncated to the minimum number of eight active cells.
- Renum Labels: All memory labels are assigned ordered numeric values.
- Sort: Click to sort memory values in ascending order, right-click to sort in descending order.
- Count: Displays the count of active memory locations. Right-click to place the memory count in the active calc level.
- Compress: Compresses memory values into the minimum number of memory locations, eliminating any empty cells. Right-Clicking will also automatically renumber memory cells after compressing them.
- Randomize: Clicking will randomize the values in all memory locations. Right-Clicking will randomize only the memory locations in the displayed set.
- Del Duplicates: Will eliminate any duplicate values in memory and compress the resulting memory set.
- Up Arrow: Clicking will select the previous memory set in circular fashion. Right-Clicking will set the memory display to the top of memory.
- Down Arrow: Clicking will select the next memory set in circular fashion. Right-Clicking will set the memory display to the last values in memory.
- Right Arrow: Clicking transfers the value in the active calc level into the next empty memory location. Right-clicking clears the first non-empty memory location.
